The main objective of the challenge is to build an analytical model that predicts the willingness to buy energy or energy efficiency services, clustering the customer portfolio, comparing and predicting behaviours such as churn. Through the clusters of the model we would be able to have a dynamic segmentation through which we would have the ability to define the best course of action based on 2 main predicted behaviours.
We are willing to work with EDP in Portugal, a new scenario that will allow us to expand our vision of the European energy market.
